Malta minimum wage in 2026
The national minimum wage for a full-time employee is €229.44 per week, equivalent to approximately €994 per average month before tax.
Sectoral Wage Regulation Orders may set different minimum wages. Employees are also entitled to statutory bonuses and weekly allowances, which are excluded from the regular monthly salary estimate on this site.
