Luxembourg minimum wage in 2026

From 1 June 2026, the monthly social minimum wage is €2,771.33 for an adult non-qualified employee and €3,325.59 for a qualified employee.

The net figures below are indicative and exclude tax credits and personal deductions.

Estimated class 1 net from the non-qualified minimum wage: €2,261 per month.
